how the hell is this a thriller?
i was expecting something a lot different... i'm currently pretty burned out when it comes to dramas, so i was hoping for a nice mystery with some... well... thrilling moments. but "quid pro quo" was pure drama to me...
don't get me wrong - as a drama, i think it's great. but i still don't like being mislead by marketing stuff - especially not when i'm in a state where i try to >avoid< pure dramas because of all the intense emotional stuff.
I didn't find it to be much of a thriller, either, but I thought the marketing pushed it more towards it being a movie about people with this actual disorder instead of just one particular story about two people, that's where I was soured towards it.

well, i didn't finish the trailer because i wanted to avoid even the slightest spoiler and in combination with what it said here on imdb, i expected either murders or unwilling amputations/paralyzations to happen.
