did anyone else notice

That one blond guy that ran past Marnie looking like he's gonna throw up?

In the scene where Marnie is watching how all the kids are adapting to the new school, some kid runs past her, holding his mouth.

My brother and I thought this was hilarious because it was so out of place. I have a feeling that that part wasn't even in the script, and that guy was just an extra who felt sick and almost couldn't get out of the camera's way in time.
