Funniest scene / Most touching scene (spoilers)

I thought the funniest scene was when the female coworker beat the living daylights out of the brother (for ratting her out to her husband). I think when she was doing the boxer footwork and hand movements that made the scene.

The most touching scene for me was when they were flipping through the drawings made by the grandfather. Particularly the drawings of the little girl managing to do her backflip over the bar.

So, how about for you?

For me,the funniest scene was when Rokutaro and friend stepped into the train and then..the photographer took a pictures of them with his special actions.

*beep* on the egg..which turned out to be a skull, and those investigators just looking at it.

i really liked that anime scene also.

I agree with both of your choices - the flip over the handle bars made me cry.

One of the funniest scenes was also that of Grandpa and the brother draw-maker singing and permorming the song composed by the brother. It was damn hilarious!

This is a big piece of Art. Really love it!

i agree:

Funniest Scenes:
~Uncle Ayano's story "The Funky Forest". one of the most random scenes i've ever seen in a movie. i remember laughing for like 5 minutes straight.
~the Jungle Girl tuned comedian on that TV show. i was sort of disturbed when she bit the guys head and blood started pouring down his face. then i started laughing at how unexpected it was. then the intermission/"be right back" screen comes up.
~The Mountain Song performance and what Uncle Ayano said when they finished.

Most Touching Scenes:
~looking through Granpa's flipping books
~when Hajime and the girl started playing Go together.
~Hajime running and jumping in the rain after giving his umbrella to his crush. the perfectly directed scene along with the music made me cry. it's such a moving scene. kinda relates to how you feel when you do something good to your crush or something.

Grandpa's delivery (directed at his granddaughter Sachiko) of "Why are you a triangle?"

On the train, Nobuo's reply to his son Hajime's question, "How long have you been there?": "Not telling."
