I think its time to bring back that one therapist (either the last one or Amy Madigan from earlier seasons. That helped Meredith and later Owen and Christina

Alex needs anger management therapy, maybe if they can reduce his charges, that can be one of the conditions and they can explore more of his background

& not to copy Chicago Med, but I think it would be a good thing to have a therapist on staff to help with certain patients.
