the title?

I don't get why they don't like being called rockers. I'm referring to the conversation Kiko(sp?) has with the Beverly Hills girl.Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't most of them play in a punk band? Would that not in fact make them "rockers"? Also being told "Wassup rockers" doesn't seem as insulting as they make it out to be. "Rockers"(if one is speaking of Rock stars) are well known for their fashion, ability to party hard, and success with women. I just don't see where that is an insult.

As a punk `rocker` myself part of the reason is also the way its said. "WASSUP ROCKERS" clearly says more than just that it says `youre a rocker so you deserve to be made fun of, you deserve to just get *beep* up being yourself` and its usually yelled out by people who are differen AKA not rockers. Its almost lyk that would be the racial word for the culture if it was a race ofcourse.
