It is this film available on DVD ?

There were apparently plans to release it in 2008 or 2009, but they were scrapped. As of now, it has not been released for home video in any format, and is also not viewable online. A real shame.

I don't know about DVD availability but it is now on Netflix as part of the Walt Disney Animation Studios Short Film Collection.

It's on Netflix. I have been waiting to watch this short again since I sought before Raising Helen 11 years ago. It's just as creepy as I remember.

I just looked and the collection is available on Amazon.
