Violence is not OK. It's actually illegal. Irresponsible producers.

The young stars (improbably) beat up the local bully. Not a good lesson. Gave later imagines he beats up another boy.

The two got in a few good licks and then ran away. He was more embarrassed than injured. I call it self defense given his age and size.

Your moma and daddy aren't always going to be there to defend you from bullies.

What else are they going to use their karate for? I thought it was a good reason for the two to unite on some level.

Besides that was hardly violent. Kids get into fights. That's part of growing up.

The original poster should see Carnage, Its a good movie, set in New York, where two sets of parents meet to talk about their grade school sons. In it one of the boys hits the other in the head with a stick during a confrontation. This is a dark comedy.

It also appeared on stage in the city where I live since then.
