Title a Spoiler?

Doesn't the title kind of ruin the ending of the movie? At least if I understand the plot correctly.

Have you seen the movie? The title doesn't necesarily ruin it, watch it and you'll know why. Dying can lead anywhere. It doesn't say "The Hawk is Dead".
