Don't you have to rewind a 35mm cassette before removing it?

Angus just pulled it out to throw it away.

And Rachel just opened the back of the camera - which would have exposed the film if there had been one.

(Ludicrous that the ghostly stuff was, the criminal plotting was even more ridiculous.)

And thanks very much ITV1, for putting a bloody great spoiler in the Freeview EPG - it said that Angus had killed himself "years before" - we don't learn this until half way through the film.

Someone on another thread said he had rewound it, I will have to look again

Lol it was on again a few nights ago and they did it again!!! THey gave the twist away

I've just watched it & I even rewound it & he didn't rewind it, he just popped it out, it wasn't even on the spool, which means it didn't take a pic anyway, so why ditch it in the first place, let alone go back for it?!

I know this thread is a very old one, but some 35mm film cameras have auto rewind. Once they hit the end of the film, they automatically rewind it. The process usually makes a bit of noise, though.

Yeah, I thought this was a little careless. They obviously needed a reason for Angus to return to the island in the end but I think ditching the film was weak. I think they could have come up with something more cohesive.

I don't love her.. She kicked me in the face!!
