Dont get me wrong, I love this game, but does anyone else think that the voice acting in this game is -Terrible-?!?! Doyle and Jack are the worst, and so are the mercenary voices. Euch. Unbeleivable.

Doyle is the best, Jack is the worst and Val isn't much better. Krieger and Crow are tolerable, and the Mercs, while stupid, are kinda funny.

I agree for the most part (I like Doyle so far), but certainly the main character is awful. The lip synching is bad too, nothing like the spectacular facial animation in Half-Life 2. I agree with the poster who said the mercenaries are fun to listen in on though. :D
shareYep, there are several moments where Jack's voice-over is laughably poor. I actually thought Doyle was the best for the most part, but I wasn't too impressed with Val to be honest. I do enjoy the mercs' comments, they're a bit cliched but that's the beauty of them! "I'm gonna shoot you in the face!!!". :-D

Doyle sounds very much like Laurence Fishbourne as Morpheus and his image, but on the cast on 'ere it says some other guy does it. What's up with that? I don't really like Jack's voice, I'd prefer it if soemoen else would do it. Maybe Jason Statham.
