I finished this game without being killed!
Believe it or not.
On medium level.

The try Matto4 mod for another challenge. 5 hours of gameplay, a new adventure of Jack Carver on the island...Serious HDR effects and more kills!

I don't believe anyone can get through this game without being killed on any level.

It's a fantastic game.
Pity about the quick save option. There were two moments in the game when I was about to quit (stupidly hard!!). And I'm no quitter. Still a wonderful game though.

to not get killed???

I do believe the game can be done without dieing, if I am really careful and really patient I often find I can get through a lot of the game without getting hit by a single bullet. It just takes a lot of careful planning and tracking with your binoculars before battles, as well as stealth, i.e. get as close to a strategic position as you can before you open fire. If you're careful, the only times you should get hit by a bullet are either when you've misjudged the situation or just when there is a massive firefight on all angles.

This may sound offensive to you but it just popped into my mind. Did you cheat? I can't get 'em working :(. To do it is so confusing. I hate it when games have to be edited and all sorts for cheats, should be like Unreal: press a button, in this case 'T' and then type a word. Simple as.

I managed to finish the game on realistic difficulty

it was soo difficult specially during the ride on Swamp level

it is soo easy to get killed since all the mercs are excellent shots and they almost never miss

Yes, it's sooo easy to get killed...
As far as I can remember the mercs didn't shoot all that good even on Realistic, it was just that when they DID hit that you died in a few bullets that made it hard.

Completing the game on medium without getting killed is no small feat, as it is very easy to die (even on Easy, if I remember correctly), but it can be done if you camp and have a ton of patience. Some sections even were possible to finish without taking damage, but sometimes it were plainly impossible, like the level where you escorted Valerie and had to take off in one of the merc's vehicles.
