I don't understand the story! Help! :(

What really was the story??
Can some one explain in detail please..
This could be considered a spoiler .. I've seen the full movie, but couldn't get any idea of where the movie led to. Maybe it's very interesting for the movie connoisseur...
Why was Saf taking revenge in the first place?
Was he and his sis tortured?
Pls reply with details!

And they had a perfect racket. If you don't know anything about the Parsis (the sole reason I rented this film), they are a dwindling religious community who cannot marry a non-Zoroastrian without commiting apostasy (at least in the conservative tradition). Thus, as in the rest of India, they often pick out brides in the news personals. Being Parsis, and having a respected community; in addition to being few in number and desperate at times to find suitable partners - gave the plot an added dimension for me that others outside of India (or perhaps even outside Mumbai or Gujarat) or not into obscure religions ;-) wouldn't have appreciated. However; lest you get the wrong idea, 'Such a Long Journey', 'Encounter: The Killing', or '1947: Earth' have more positive representations of Parsis. My gut wanted to be offended, but my intellect reminded me that no religious community is perfect, and this was indeed a gutsy film well outside the realm of Bollywood. Just as you see Mafiosos wearing crosses, this murderer (Saif) wearing a faravahar pendant (much like the one I wear!) certainly wasn't practicing Good Thoughts, Good Words, or Good Deeds!

Here's the story:

Two ppl think they can enter into anybody's lives and destroy them for their own benefit for whatever reason. And the police is just sitting there and convicting some random people who are in fact miles away from the crime scene just because their finger prints happen to be found at the crime scene.
