Best boyfriend for Veronica

surprised no one has created a thread like this yet. Who does everyone think was the best match for Veronica? I think Logan even though he was a total dick first half of season one.

Logan=Love... Yes he had/has his dick moments but so did/does she.. Kinda makes em perfect for each other, yeah?

Every guy Veronica's been with worships the ground she walks on and treat her fantastically, all of them were grea boyfriends for her (sans Troy).
Even though I ship LoVe pretty hard cause their relationship makes good viewing, IRL? Fûçk Veronica! She never really appreciated or trusted Logan, their relationship would never go the distance because of that.

Logan would have been much better paired up with Hannah.

I agree. I don't like how the writers made them so on and off, in real life this relationship would be doomed

I've been recently been rewatching season two and I agree about Logan and Hannah. It would've been interesting to see them together for a longer period of time.

Logan! Yes they had a very rocky relationship, but the chemistry between the two of them was ridiculous. Even in the beginning when he was a complete a** to her I still could see the spark. I agree with what was already said, that they would've done anything for each other....for me that makes Logan the clear choice for her.

It's hard to say, but I definitely know that Duncan and Veronica just didn't make sense to me. He was just so boring and uninteresting.

Logan definitely had the most chemistry with Veronica, there really was an epicness to their relationship - but that will more likely spell disaster.

So for best boyfriend, my answer is Leo. He understands her past, what makes her her, and when he stole the tapes to try and make money, it also shows that he's totally willing to walk on the wrong side of the law for what he deems the greater good - exactly like Veronica. Her father also likes him. And they're awesome together when they're flirting with each other. Unfortunately, she didn't love him as much as Logan which is a very crucial area where he falls short.

So Leo on paper, arguably in real life, but Logan in the Veronica Mars universe.

I'm with you all the way, napierslogs, on Leo being the coolest guy of V's many boyfriend's, and easily the best "catch." However, I would say that at the end of the series, I personally saw V as someone who was not very close to being ready to "commit" to a relationship/guy. Yeah, she was with Piz, but I don't think anyone saw that as going the distance. Including V. And the very last shot of the series (which is perfect in my mind) fits exactly w/ how I see her: She's exited the voting station, having just voted for her Dad in the election (just after having forced him to ruin his own career to protect hers...), walking down the sidewalk in the pouring rain - alone. She's still "chasing the storm." Veronica Mars will be the catch of the century... One day, when she's good and ready.

Spoiler: This is one of the main reasons why I really didn't like the movie so much. Her ending up w/ Logan felt... cheesy. And not "good cheesy." I know the movie wasn't trying to be the series, but man... Just didn't feel right to me. Felt like taking a dive to please all the "LoVe," "Team Logan" crap that went on w/ the fans. My two cents. Doesn't matter. Nothing can dilute the genius of the TV series. It is untouchable...

Probably because the love triangle and boyfriend BS was the worst part of the show and an obvious attempt to dumb it down to save failing ratings after the first half of season 1.
