I'm trying to understand this show. Is Fred retarded because the things he says isn't from a normal mind.

i love how charlie finn always delivers his lines in the same tone. its like he's trying really hard to remember all the words, but not putting any emotion into the sentences. if most other actors did that, i'd say they were hacks, but charlie pulls it off nicely
