Help me find english subtitles

I've managed to get my hands on the first 17 episode with the help of my brother,but i would really like some english subtitles

I did find some croatian once that i then used Google translate to translate into english but now it's all mess so if anyone has the dvd or the subtitles some other way could you please upload on to one of the subtitle sites.
