shareSeen the movie before. It was ok. Personally I found it to be pretty stereotyping especially under the creation and direction of a white guy like Eric Eason. There are other extraordinarily, decent stories that could have been told about the lives of Dominicians other than the typical "its hard in the hood" movies. Directors and producers of color ( black, caribinos,asian) need to make their own movies more to show their communities and cultures from a more true perspective instead of feeding into stereotypes.
shareI saw the movie for the first time it was alright I just didn't like the way it ended. I expected a little more dramatic scenes.
