After Watching no reason again

The whole episode was an allucination except the shot and the end.
I first thought Cuddy messed up another operation with his brain this second time by choosing for him but he decided to go into that coma and the case of they guy with the werid tung going wrong was all in his head.

How i didn't get the first time?
It was all so obvious

You're not the only one that was fooled and thought that it was something completely else entirely. In fact, I didn't come to realize it until I watched the series a second time around. No Reason is absolutely one of my favorite episodes along with No Explanation.

Its a very interesting episode which i hatted the first time around, but now that i finally undertood this its much better.

I most admit i always had a hard time with the allucinations episodes, maybe that's why i didn't like them the first time since i didn't understood them well and still those confuse me a lot they require much more attention than your usual case of the week.

So i got it right this second time ?
the whole episode was an allucination except the shot at the beginning, House didn't do anything House didn't want to and nothing else from that episode really happened so now another question comes up why was House different in the first episode from season 3?

Did he lost his gift for a while because of the operation but he knew it could happen ?

He knew what he asked for had its risks but Cuddy and Wilson didn't do anything behind his back except for not telling him he was right about that patient who had the cortizon treatment. Right?

He knew he would get that operation and understood completely what could happen.
