Well, don't you mean just her restaurant and NOT the hotel in general? You can just as easily avoid her restaurant and still enjoy the resort. Just eat at some other restaurant and not her's. Plain and simple.
The Red Rock resort is a beautiful hotel. I went there just late June to visit and it is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The casino is huge too, and there's also a nice poker room as well. There isn't any shopping at the resort but it's good for people who only care to gamble all day and night. Even though it's mostly slot machines.
I recommend you at least visit the resort, but just avoid her restaurant. There's other nice restaurants you can eat there. Just because if Sara wins (even though it's obvious that she won't), you're going to force yourself to avoid the entire resort altogether. Just avoid the restaurant. You're talking like she is going to win the entire hotel, no. Just the restaurant. Big deal.
