Fighting Dracula in Level 5

Hey. I'm stuck at the part in Frankenstein's castle where you fight Drac. What weapon should I use and any tactics? I've tried like five times so far and I keep losing. Its impossible to dodge his ice sword thing. >.< He's pissing me off. How do I stick it to this bloodsucking dousche?
