Should i watch ROTLD

I love zombie movies( seen all the Romero flicks and remakes), some people say this series is good. I watched ROTLD 1, 2, and 3 when i was younger but remember absolutely nothing about them except for them getting on the ambulance radio and saying "more brains". I recently watched 3 and didnt like it to much because that girl pissed me off. I saw Rave to the grave and that was gay. This is kind of dumb asking this on this board because all of you are ROTLD fans, but do you guys think i should watch this and 1 and 2?

1 and 2 are classics. the rest of the series is crap. I don't know why these new ones are modeled after the 3rd movie. I wish they would make a new one like the first 2. It was supposed to be a comedy series. but then they get all serious and it turns retarded

I love 1 and 2. I liked 3 even though it changed tone and became serious. Hated 4 and 5. They changed the zombies into all other zombies it is as if they hadn't seen the first 3, but they had to in order to know the zombie problem occurs after coming into contact the that gas. In the first 3 you can't kill them by destroying the brain. In 4 and 5 all you have to doing is stab them in the head. Had 4 and 5 been different zombie movies and not apart of the "Return of the Living Dead" franchise I may have thought they were at the very least decent.

The first one is the only one worth watching at all, and it's great! The second one was horrible, and that trend has continued ever since.

Part 1 is great, part 2 is incredible. The rest are some of the worst crap ever made. I'm not sure that the people making the other ones even saw the first 2. If you see part 1, you MUST see part 2.
