Absolute garbage - I want 2 hrs of my life back

Romero should sue. This movie using a similar tag line really dilutes the franchise of "Dead" movies. I just saw it in rotation on SyFy and it's complete CRAP. It's not even campy-funny. It's just stupid, and not stupid in a good way.

The characterizations and scenario are paper thin and implausible, and the story is stupid and leads nowhere. The grimacing "evil" uncle is the worst P.O.S. characterization that I have ever seen. The "evil corporate" ads that appear on TV in the movie look like a parody of something from the 1970s and have a completely wrong style for something current set in the 2000's.

well your not getting it. this wasnt a bad movie. i think the 80s feeling was intentional and wey well palyed.

1. Romero had nothing to do with Return of the Living Dead or its subsequent sequels.

2. The movie was only an hour and a half long. What entitles you to an extra half-hour back?

Yeah, it was pretty bad but not so bad bad that it deserved a rating of "3". Perhaps it will inspire viewers to see the original RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD which was actually based on the treatment by John Russo who co-created NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD with George Romero.
