Tarnishes the name of the original classic

The film makers spread their manure all over the reputation of the great ROTLD with the dreck that is ROTLD 4 and 5. Real bottom of the barrel so-called entertainment that makes Ed Wood look like Orson Welles.

The low budget does not explain the mess that is these films.

Trioxin 5 rather than 2-4-5 Trioxin
The use of the word zombie, why not "Living Dead"?
The fact the living dead can be shot and killed rather than the indestructable ones in the original three films.
Over use of "Brains"
Romania standing in for America. Shooting Romania as Romania would of been a better idea.
Romanian actors standing in for Americans (see above).

This could of been a good film if they paid more attention to the rules of what a RotLD movie should be. Even on a low budget it could of been good. And if budget was a concern for the makers why not scrap the 5th part and add the budget of that to this and make a good film?

I'll agree it isn't a great movie. Nowhere near as good as the first three movies but I've seen worse. It actually reminds me of Creepshow III a bit which most people despise but I found it kind of fun.

I can't believe they somehow managed to make it look much cheaper than the very first movie.

What a lovely way to burn...
