I did not get the ending.
I remember the first scene where I see pistolero with an arrow in his chest and the chick was holding it in her hands(i don't know if she was going to pull that out or what).
I thought he must have died.
So I want to know when this scene happens.
Cause I see him, the gent and Comanche ride into the 3 separate ways and the movie ends.
So when did pistolero have an arrow up his chest and why did the chick actually put and arrow in his chest in the first place.

The chick went crazy when she was going to get 86'd. I guess that means dumped, so she shoved an arrow through his stomach.

When Pistolero gets to Dani's bar, he tells her to be careful of his stomach because of the "Apache Uprising" He said something to the effect that a medicine woman saved him after trying to kill him.

Dani's bar is the scene where The Gent and Commanche beat the crap out of each other.

"I'll tell you what he said, He told me to forcibly insert the lifeline activity card into my anus"
