Could have done without the porn portions. (warning, spoilers)
IMO, they were boring and excessive, contributed little to the movie. Other than that though, this was a great flick. Tarantino's way of satyricizing violence always gets a laugh out of me because it's so ludicrously over the top (cummon, would a guy who'd just had his throat slit deeply actually laugh?) Another thing I notice is that in a lot of his movies (if not all of them) there is at least one person who opts not to pursue a violent solution. In "Pulp Fiction", it was Jules who got out of the business and stayed alive as a result. In Desperado, it was El Mariachi, who threw away his guns in the end (well, most of them anyway). In "Hell Ride", it was The Gent who finally opted not to shoot Pistolero.
