Was this movie stuck with the censors?

The movie released in Bangalore (and AFAIK in India) in 2005. However, in most of the credits/copyrights etc., the year 2003 is mentioned.
Was this movie canned by the censors, our moral police back home?
Good news is that it seems to be untouched.

I guess, it must have been stuck there. The film had a Sanjay Gandhi look-alike and other not so subtle references to politicians of that time.
Sudhir Mishra captured 70s beautifully in the picture. Delhi looked just the way it used to in Farouque Sheikh films
