The german DVD has got english subtitles, so no problem for you to order and watch it. Actually the film is half in english because everytime the people from the different countries want to talk to each other they use broken english or mix it up with their own language. It's also Region-Code 0, so it should work in an american DVD Player. The movie is worth watching, but I really think that people from any european country will have more fun than people from other countries (no offense, just a guess). For me it is definitely the best "german" movie in recent years, watch it.
