it makes no sense that these two ever got married in the first place

and who is stupid (let alone sick) enough responds to a want add on the internet saying i would like to find a man who will sexually abuse me and then murder me? i know it's loosely based on true events, so clearly someone out there exists, but it just seems so implausible

and why doesn't nancy just kill herself if she wants to die so badly?

what about those people who responded to Armin Meiwes online ad "looking for a well-built 21 to 40-year-old to be slaughtered and then consumed"? some people do crazy things that other people can't comprehend. it's as plausible as sadomasochism and rape porn.

also, nancy did kill herself. she just got someone else to do the physical act. it's like suicide by cop or parking your car on train tracks. her method was just more torturous than most people think of suicide being.

Nancy didn't just kill herself because clean cut sucide would have been too "boring" for her ( for lack of a better word) This was her fantasy, Which the emails proved. Her time leading up to her death with Louis made her feel alive, something that even cutting couldn't fully make her feel, no matter how many times she tried. She enjoyed the torture that only another person could Inflict. Since she had been dead inside for so long she needed to find Someone who could finally make her feel "alive" before her death.

I apologize if this doesn't make much sense, it's very late.

Lots of people get married who should have never married in the first place. Happens all the time.
