Only One Complaint

The acting in this film was superb and I think it was, overall, very well done.
My only complaint is that more emphasis should have been made on the positives of medications & therapy for this tragic condition.

Omg, I know!
People act like medication is the most horrible thing in the world, but some of us actually need it. They act as if, if someone takes medication, then they're weak and the meds are a crutch.

Well some things you just can't WILL yourself out of.

And people say the same stuff about therapy too...some things you just can't do by yourself.

And I'm being dead serious, with no irony or sarcasm at all (I know some people post messages like this that convey the total opposite of what the post says...but I mean what I say).

I disagree; I think the film portrayed the use of medication and professional therapy in a refreshingly positive light. After all, his downward spiral was due in large part to the fact that he stopped taking his medication and refused to see a therapist.

I agree with Lilbitdramatic23. I thought the film showed that there are different ways with dealing with it, when people stop ignoring it or misdiagnosing it. Some people need medication others need therapy or the two can compliment each other.
