I was addicted to this 2 part series. The directing was fantastic and not to mention how sexy the casting and acting was...I had never heard of Mesrine until i saw this and then obviously looked him up and read about him...honestly think the whole series was superb and immensley enjoyed it.

I thought both the Mesrine films were superb and I'm amazed that some of the posters on here found it boring. I would rate the second Mesrine film in my top 20 films of all time and the first one was not far behind.
The story was gripping and largely based on fact, the acting was great, the dialogue was thought provoking, there wasn't a dull moment in the film. A fantastic film 10/10
I just watched these back to back, I thought they were fanatastic. I thought the first half hour of #1 was a little slow but after that I was absolutely hooked by it. Great acting, great writing, incredible story. I have not seen a crime movie come out of Hollywoood as good since Heat.
