This film has a 9 million dollar budget!?! I watched this and I thought it was like a 250-500,000 dollar budget TOPS!! Did anyone else think the same thing? I mean with that sort of money they could at least have done better special effects.

Spending 1 mil would have been too much. They probably spent around 8,750,000 dollars on beer and drugs to put off their shame. The 250,000 dollars was spent on renting the building. A few hundred on dummy guns which they really don't actually fire. Then the two bucks left over were spent on two double cheeseburgers.
I'd say it was well spent.
That movie costed 377.12 $$ ... Maximum !!!
And still ... I'm not sure about the 12 cents ...
