I've been looking, but I didn't find any information that indicates that there will be a DVD any time soon. If you reeeeeeeally want a DVD, you can get one on http://www.forgottenstuff.com/proddetail.asp?prod=medicalinvestigation for $40.00 (U.S.) Other than that, I don't know what to tell you.

This show deserves a proper DVD release. If I recall correctly, CBS/Paramount owns the domestic rights. So we should write to them.
