worst show in the history of tv

total crap...JASCSIRO (Just Another CSI Rip Off)

that is all...

reply

for the record, it's worst than CSI. Make no sense at all.

reply

I quite like it, actually ...

It sucks bad. The head "investigator" just pictures things from God knows where, then the case is solved.. Voila! // It sucks.

Holy crap I hated this show. It was painful. My wife found it interesting because she's always had a fascination with medicine, but she too had to look past the plot, dialog, acting, and generally poor production.

Here's what I hate most about the entire CSI genre: There's always one guy with all the answers. The rest are just there so he has someone to talk to, and he only speaks to give the viewers something to follow. But they don't have to follow anything because you can see the ending right from the start.

Okay, here's the thing I hate the second-most about the CSI genre: as a professional photographer I get clients who think I can "enhance" their photographs just like these shows do. A 10x10 pixel area from a security camera can reveal someone's name, address, phone number, email address, and social security number, so why can't I make an 8x10 print from one head in a group of 30 people? "Just enhance it."

I hate bad tv.

I guess I could cast my vote here, too. This was probably the worst show I've ever seen on television. Crap in the purest form. I mean some bad-bad shows are funny because they're so poorly executed, but this one went beyond. Watching it made me angry, just because it was so bad. I hate stupidity.
Another show with similar effects on me: CSI franchise. The first one (Las Vegas) was goodish for the first season, and I found it almost ground-breaking that in the Pilot Episode a young new CSI was killed. That's when the downhill began. I like to torture myself by watching CSI though. We're getting the New York version here in Finland in a month or so. I can't wait. But honestly, five minutes into a episode I'm having feelings of extreme rage and I feel like breaking something.

Medical Investigation was crap. Bad crap.

reply

yes they can enhance the picturebut the way they do it on the telly is as if you can make a 34 DPI pic to as crisp as a 300 DPI one! total bull!! no way you can interpolate picture to look awesome and crisp! get your facts right writers!

Neil McDOnaugh (or however you spell it) is magnetic. I can't stop watching it. It's not too bad. Just utterly mindless :)

reply

I totally agree, I've jus watched the one about the jeans. It was really awful. Have you seen "House" with Hugh Laurie, it is absolutely brilliant, it deals with similar "Baffling" medical cases but the characters are totally believable and whilst the format is similar in that House is the "guy who knows everything" it is refreshing in that he usually gets it wrong before he gets it right, sorry to ramble on but tonights episode was so bad and a rip of of a "House" case, I just needed to tell someone!!!!

reply

I just saw the episode you (michelledoe1) are talking about. It was pretty bad, yeah. In my opinion, the plot didn't really make sense and you had to fill in some pieces by yourself. "House" is definitely a better option to choose, it's brilliant. They deal with real issues and make it believable and funny at the same time.

No, sorry, Check 1, there is a lot of difference. One, the plot of House is smart, and two, they actors of house can actually act. There was no comic relief in MI (but I did laugh at Connor being rediculously blond) and it also not serious/dramatic enough. Although I can understand why people would watch this - they can't get enough of CSI-type shows - MI was a solid show, but not exiting and fresh. There was also no character development which bothered me. Don't be offended Check 1 - because I have to admit, I watched this show for a while when it was on.

The episode of House that you Michelledoe1 was on long after similar episode of Medical Investigation, the MI episode was the second or third episode (before House even started). I know that the MI episode was on long before the episode of House because I missed it the first time around and saw it in USA repeats before that episode of House was on.

reply

You are wrong Medcical Investgation was the best show ever. but they had to cancel it and keep showing the worst show ever Desperate Housewives.

Medical Investigation was fun and interesting

Desperate Housewives are just bitchy psychotic ladies that your expected to like.

reply

i agree, i would rather watch MI or anything else than to watch Desperate Housewives. I loved MI because that's kinda what I do for a living. I work in a medical laboratory and we see some freaky bacteria and viruses. I loved watching it cause it taught me something to. We would watch it and then the next day have a talk about it a work and see if we agree with their findings, treatment and so on. And Dr. Connor is HOT!

reply

I love House though and I like it better than MI, and agree that many of the lines are cheesy, but I just really enjoy the medical mystery aspect of the show. I would definitely take offense to "worst show ever", and whoever said they did a lot of picture blowing up stuff, I have never seen them do any sort of picture manipulation in the show at all. I don't know that much about medicine, although they do seem to get lucky often, it certainly seems more realistic to me than CSI.

The show was *beep* awesome. i hate house because its so unrelatedable and the one chick screws them all probably and everyone thinks there better then each other. MI is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyy better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Considering the shows are pretty much only linked by investigation and science, I don't see how it could be a CSI rip-off. They do completely different things......

And complete offense intended, your a moron if you think it's the worst show ever.

reply

I completely agree with Joyful51485 - this was nowhere near the worst show ever, and the CSI bunch are far worse. MI was a terrific show, McDonough a very good actor and the rest were competent. The writing was good, the plots interesting and developed well. I can't understand the negative comments here. They just don't match the reality of this show.
