It doesn't even have to be a main cast member. Who do you pick as the hottest? I guess I have to go with Kate. Not just on looks but I like her flirtiness. Nikki was pretty easy on the eyes too. Juliette looked amazing during her awakening scene with Sawyer at the vending machine in "The End" as well. Lots of good choices in 6 years and 100 plus episodes.
