Constant talks to the camera ruined it!

First couple of times i thought it was cute. But jeebus by the end of the 2nd eppy it was awful. It was like watching something from a frat boys home video. I just cringed every time they did it after that. What an abysmal way to proceed with the plot. They should have done voice overs instead.

Actually, I disagree. I liked that style, it was unique and it fit perfectly into the plot. Any show could've just added voiceovers, but the "freeze-frames" sparked it up for me!

I just finished watching the show for the first time and honestly I doubt I would have liked the show nearly as much if not for the talking to the camera.

I hate it when they do it in movies but I quickly got used to it on this show. It really helped.

It got on my nerves at first, but on the later episodes, they did it less and less. The only time I've seen that style be a major success is with "Ferris Bueller's Day Off." Even Sex and The City tried it during the first season and then dropped the idea.
