Superb and sad..

This series will soften the hardest of hearts. Anybody can relate with, to some degree or another, what the characters go through. I don't recommend that young children watch this series. They will not be able to relate to the subject matter and it's quite mature, to say the least.

I totally agree, i first wasn't expecting too much, but when i finished waching it i was filled with emotion.

note: i didn't cry...... but nearly did......

Umm, I think there are some audiences that this wouldn't really get to. Namely those that haven't gone through the sort of falling out or divergently maturing that occurs after high school. So obviously I mean high school students might not fully grasp the themes, maybe home school grads as well, depending on their social connections.

This anime is not for teenagers, one must go through many experiences to really appreciate the trutfulness of the heroes. Kimi... got into me and would left me with my heart torn appart. 10/10

If you love this anime and wants more tears, you might also love Air TV. Just like KGNE, Air is also originally made from a bishoujo game and the TV series are superb and sad, too.

This is the best Anime ever!!! Its full of drama and a really good story!! This whas the first time i cryde when i watch a Anime..

yes I've been tearing up especially near the end ;_;
I felt sad for Haruka but I still wanted Mitsuki to end up with Takayuki.

btw Air is not sad, it just felt really awkward/confusing watching that show

i never cry watching movie or series...except this one (well, and two others, both of them anime. how they do this to me???). it was so sadly breathtaking and i hated narumi so much at the end for what he had done to all these people.
