Trying to find a specific scene / episode

Hi, I'm trying to find a specific scene in an episode of Desperate Housewives, I'm hoping someone can help please? My apologies, I can't remember the character's names (I was only a casual viewer back in the day). The scene goes something like this:

WOMAN A: Oh, I'm not cheating on my husband with *MAN A*. We just like to have long talks about what we're feeling, and our hopes and plans for the future.

WOMAN B: Well apart from the fact that you're not sleeping with him, in what way AREN'T you cheating on your husband with him?

Like I said, that's the gist of the exchange, it came at the end of the scene (IIFC the two characters were outdoors, and that was the end of the scene).
