the sex-shaming of Bree in Season 8

Ugh this always bugs me so much. I'm talking about 8x12 in particular. She sleeps around, so what, she's a single adult. And they get grumpy at her for PDA, a kiss in your own front yard, oh no. Not like she was really even making out. I get that these were bad for her because she was drinking again and this behavior was out of character for her, but still, her business. And especially at the bake sale, oh my god they're horrible to her. It comes out she slept with a married man. She didn't know he was married, he certainly did, not her fault. And the wife starts referring to Bree as trash and a whore, like maybe save the anger for your husband where it belongs, and everyone else basically acts like it was her own doing for sleeping around. And I believe the Reverend hit on her too at some point, also not her fault. The only one who even tried to stick up for her was Karen. But it's just such a disgusting attitude.
