'Former Lesbian' actress?? Who was she??

I cannot seem to find out who a certain actress from Prom Queen is...
Please Help me!

When Marc goes to the hearing and people get up to speak for or against his case, a girl gets up- she says that she is a former lesbian and has now been cured by the divine grace of god and electric shock therapy- and introduces the 'love of her life', Monty.(and she has short reddish blond hair.)

Does anyone know who this actress is or have any idea??? I'd really appreciate any info!!
