I'm curious though. Don't all half breeds just want to get nekkid as soon as they mature? Sara and her boyfriend actually have the presence of mind to pack their hiking bags and hold hands walking into the sunset instead of getting busy hours or days before. Then Sara would've found out he was sterile, and killed Dean for the insult before he could get away. The end.

I think I already covered that. They definitely had a few opportunities:
1. Sara would be there when the bf hatched from his cocoon. What female sil can stand the sight of a nekkid mal Sil?
2. They packed their hiking bags. Why not have a quickie while they're at it?
3. On the way to that jungle place with a bridge - Sex in the back of the car. It must have been still dark on the way, as they arrived at dawn.
All perfectly plausible considering how horny the species is, and Dean would have more than likely been left with a tongue through his skull.
Oh, and why were they wearing clothes anyway?
They were wearing clothes because Sci-Fi wouldn't produce a movie where there was THAT much nudity. Sad, I know but that's how it goes.
Also, I like to think that maybe since this guy was born neutered, his sex drive was way low compared to a Sil or Patrick and it is plausible (but unlikely) that he kept his pants on before they headed into the mountains. And who knows, maybe Dean made some deal with Sara that they couldn't start having crazy nasty alien sex until they were deep in the woods or he wouldn't made her a boyfriend.

Remember that Dean was off the record? No trace of him in government records? She could have him killed easily and left without a trace. It'd be treated like another regular homocide, and the insult and betrayal would be more than reason enough to outweigh the risk. And if Sara can't do it, her BF definitely will.
Sara wanted to mate first and foremost because of an instinctual and overpowering need to continue her species. She would never have allowed Dean to create her BF sterile if she knew about it.
