Slow but good! Sadly this movie didn't reach the right audience

I really enjoyed this movie, the two main characters were perfectly casted and Thora Birch was good too (and their acting was good), and I know it was really slow paced, but I enjoyed the story a lot and the way it developed, to be honest I felt it very real, like so real you can smell and feel the atmosphere in the movie, yeah, like that! (the smell wasn't great, but it was real) and about the people complaining about the dialogues and the way it was delivered: actually some thought (on the imdb boards) that it didn't sound/appeared real, well, that's funny to me, because actually the movie felt incredibly piercing and heartfelt because from the dialogues to their acting it felt truly genuine and authentic to me (I guess this depends mainly in the context of the life and people you might have around through your life).

Anyway I can understand some don't like this movie, everybody has their own personal taste and that's ok (c'mon there are some even Oscar nominated or awarded films I've considered awful, but I also understand that's just my view, and that maybe I was a wrong audience) but please give this movie a chance.

I rated it as a 8/10 (at first I was tempted to rate it higher, but I'm also aware it had some flaws in the secondary characters acting and the slow pace -but I think that was on purpose also, you know "the feel life has"-, but all in all I think it was great).
