Am I the only one who loved this movie? I saw it yesterday at the Film Festival in my city. I really loved it, it was scary and beautiful and funny..
Ok, it was a lot like Tale of Two Sisters.. But I almost liked this one better..

Entertaining movie with some awesome special effects but in no way special

Nothing too special. I found that the complex story, of which I had to come on iMDB to figure out, prevented me from enjoying the frights. Can't really see how people can say that this is better then A Tale of Two Sisters, that film was sheer genius. This film was merely interesting at best.

I liked it, i enjoyed the the story which was put together. The twist was really good because i felt sad to find out Su-In was treated badly by her only friend coz she was poor but soon to find out she was still alive.

"A Tale of two Sisters" is in a different league altogether, with a hell of lot more depth to it. The discussion boards for ATOTS testify to this.

ATOTS: 10/10
The Ghost: 6/10 (at best)

I didn't think this was anything like ATOTS either. I wouldn't compare them. I'd compare this to all the other unoriginal asian ghost horrors, but this one stands out to me, I thought it was very good.

While not a masterpiece like A TALE OF TWO SISTERS, this movie is still miles ahead of most horror made today, specially by Hollywood. It was stylish, mysterious, and with an eding which completly puts what went before in awehole new light.

I quite liked it. I like how the koreans mix ghost horror with psychologial horror, and they don't lazy out on the later, quite the contrary.

I personally dont think it was anything like a Tale of Two Sisters.
