This movie is good, but some of the logic is so stupid *minor spoilers*

They keep referring to the girls' deaths as a "natural death" because they supposedly drowned. Shouldn't this raise some eyebrows? Who exactly drowns in their own kitchen, the dark room, or a room in the mental hospital where there WAS NO WATER present? First off to be able to drown in the kitchen you would obviously have to be retarded enough to slip and fall and somehow have your head stuck in the sink. The dark room is the same--you'd have to purposely stick your head in and drown yourself in that little tub of water. All of these deaths should either be labeled as suicides or at the very least a homicide. Man the cops in the movie are friggin stupid, and so was the main girl for thinking that it was a "natural death."

All you need is an inch of water to drown a person. If you don't too much water you can drown!

Probably the reason why the investigators labeled this a natural death
was because they had no other explanation for cause of death.
If they were to call this homicide then the question would be who killed
them and how?

If it was suicide then the question is why they killed themselves and again
how?
As for the main girl thinking it was a natural death I'm sure by then she susp-
ected the truth but didn't want to come out/say it.

If I were the police then maybe I would come out/say it was death due to un-
explained causes.
