Stu Hamm Booed?

Stu Hamm is booed by the crowd every time he is recognized on stage. Is there some back story here; why the booing?

Are you sure, sounded like booing to me too. Plus he didn't look too happy about it.

The STU-ing started off when after a show Steve Vai would call this into the microphone. He was followed by a lot of fans and know they STU him every time.

It indeed sounds like boo-ing and Stu plays along by looking grumpy when he hears it. If you watch closely you can see him frown and looking displeased. Just before the camera view changes you can see a smile coming to his face.

If they were really boo-ing him, they would have done so during his bass solo.
