DVD?

Well, you can get the Japanese Region 2 DVD (in regular or limited edition) from http://www.yesasia.com right now... No subtitles though. If you don't currently have a way to play foreign DVDs, you can do so easily with a Playstation 2 and the Action Replay, available for $30 or so from http://www.codejunkies.com . Of course, you can get a fan subtitled, unoffficial DVD from Ebay for a lot less. I'm buying the Japanese one (since I study Japanese) and will buy the US version if it's ever released.

try redsundvd, they do really cheap english subtitled versions of recent asian stuff. the copy of zebraman i got was very good, not perfect picture quality but certainly very high. also the subtitles were coherent and obviously not translated by a drunk. think they operate out of hawaii. good luck

I got the Hong Kong DVD with English subs from www.sundevildvd.com. Only $10!

I want to get this so bad!! For some reason Amazon has it for sale, used from 10 bucks, but I don't even know what region it is, or if there are any subtitles!!

As already said, ONLY the Japanese regular and limited edition which are available from www.yesasia.com, www.cdjapan.co.jp and www.amazon.co.jp are legal.
All others are BOOTLEGS made by pirates (yarrr). When YOU buy one of the bootlegs, you support commercial piracy! All these people here who are happy with their purchased illegal discs are just insane!

Please! If anyone wants to watch this movie subtitled without waiting for a release outside of japan, download the film for free from any peer-to-peer network. But DONT pay for a pirated copy!!!
You can even buy the official dvd and download a subtitle file (~100kb). Then you can use a computer dvd player to display the downloaded subtitles while watching the dvd.

There's only one thing I hate more than all these people on ebay and the online shops who sell bootlegs... People who enjoy buying bootlegs.
