Amy's Baking Company

Have you ever seen this one?

This is where the owner/chef, Amy, and her husband were the two biggest headcases in the show's history (even worse than Ramsay).

I actually liked this episode. It was a change from the regular show where-

-the restaurant is a mess and the decor sucks (the decor was applauded by Gordon in this, and they had all their food labelled and ordered in the walk-in fridge).

-the owner argues for a while, but then does a 180, just starts believing Ramsay in everything he says.

-the restaurant decor is changed, with the staff all going "wow" and the owner in tears.

- the changing of the menu.

No, this one did none of this. That format is done too often, and too many just change their tune out of nowhere, and go from fighting Ramsay to hugging him.

No, these people were too stubborn, and Amy was "out there" and massively paranoid and insecure.

It made great TV, and if their restaurant goes under, it would be karma.

What did you think of this episode?

There's tons of discussions for that episode going on on the board for that show, which is just called "Kitchen Nightmares", I think the year on that show is 2007. This is the board for the British version. :)
