DVD sets for both seasons

I discovered this great show recently and found both seasons on Amazon. S01 was only about $6. Kind of a no-brainer to scoop that up. But S02 is $29!

I read some rave reviews for S01 before I bought it, but the reviews for S02 are mixed regarding everything from content to the quality of the DVDs themselves (4 discs for S01 vs 3 for S02--compressed format?).

Could anyone who owns the S02 set share what they think about it? It's a big difference in price, and I don't want to buy it if there are DVD quality issues.

It's truly a quality series, though, and I'm sorry it was cancelled. In retrospect, though, I guess it gave the actors the freedom to move on to other projects. Anton Yelchin, for example, has made dozens of movies since Huff.

Disregard. I caved and splurged. No problem with the DVDs. Some regrets about the content, though. I was disappointed. After watching S01 I asked myself why the show would be cancelled after only two seasons. Well, S02 answered my question. Except for the scenes with Izzy and/or Byrd I lost interest. Hell, Byrd wasn't even in two of the episodes, and in an third one he had one short solo scene and his line consisted of two words.

For me, WAY TOO MUCH Russell. They could have renamed S02 Tupper. I'm not a Russell fan, so that was very disappointing.

They did compress all 13 episodes on to 3 DVDs as opposed to 4 DVDs for S01, so there was no space for ANY bonus features.
