Chief Lady Park

One of the drawbacks of this show was the omission of the scene where the first Chief Lady would be banished from the palace due to Lady Choi's scheming in order to shave time off the whole series, although Lady Min did explain a little how she was ousted. The last time anyone would see her in the show before being ousted was in episode 39 or 40, where she seemed to show signs of
weakness and ageing on her facial features when she was asked by the Queen to start planning Yeon-Saeng's promotion to a concubine rank. From there, she just disappeared before appearing some 20 episodes later as a rather old and retired former sang-goon(court lady) in commoner woman's hair.

Rather sad though...despite her constantly scolding those below her rank or whom she did not see eye to eye with, she still did her role quite well. I especially like imitating her banging of her palm on the table whenever she is angry with someone. In the end, it was the very person whom she always conspired with that kicked her out of the palace. When I saw the reason Lady Min explained for her oustere,i was like thinking..'omg...she organised her own feasts and in the end got kicked out by that vile lady choi...my..that's just plain cruel..lady choi bit the hand that fed her'
