Yes. You know a movie is terrible when you see Sanjay Datt EATING HIS WIFE'S TEAR. It's supposed to be hyper sexy, but it's not, it's just DISGUSTING. The concept was good, but the delivery was by far the funniest thing I've ever seen. Everyone, EVERYONE in the theater was laughing.

Ya i agree with you, i mean it got kind of weird after a while, but it was ok. and zayed khan was great. I love him! he is absolutely hot!
shareNup, sorry, I am gonna have to agree that this was truly one of the worst Bollywood movies of all time. It just wasn't fun. Zayed wasn't too bad in it though, and Sanjay seemed to throw himself into it (didn't make it any less unbearable though). It seemed far too unreal. I agree that it just didn't seem probable that Ash's character wouldn't tell Yash she was married. Also, it really didn't follow up what happened to Yash in the end. Personally, it seemed like Ash should have left Sanjay's character for Yash, who seemed to love her. Her husband was unrealistically manipulative.
Also, the movie was trying to be too arty, what with the shaking camera, songs, sex scene and so on. It just didn't work.

Come on now everybody it reeally wasn't half as bad as everyone on this particular thread is making it out to be. I thought it was beautiful and very interesting and challenging. It was something different and I really respect that about the director and Aishwarya as well. I'm sure there are much, much, much more worse films in Bollywood film history than Shabd. Coem on be realistic! I can think of so many Hollywood films even which are so incredibly poorly done compared to Shabd.

Movie is total garbage. Dull and boring and made no sense. I watched it fast-forward (with subtitles) as some parts were just stuck there. People make too much of this movie and the fact is there is nothing to make of it.
