Could Black Widow (Natasha Romanoff) from Avengers beat Ozymandias?
They are both without superpowers and are both shown to be supreme fighters. Who would win?
Ozymandias is more likely to recruit and use someone like Black Widow, rather than fight them. And if he needed her gone, he’d get someone else to kill her.
Also, in a one on one fight, in the Watchmen universe, she would definitely lose. But he would lose in a Marvel universe. In a neutral universe, in a straight brawl, still think Ozy has the upper hand but it would be close.
it wouldn't be fucking close at all. in a neutral universe nite owl with sure brute strength, Rorschach with sheer tenacity and aggression, or even possibly silk spectre could beak black widow. and movie or comic, Ozmandias beat all three combined. only being bested by the comedian in his prime. but he was younger, weaker and unskilled (in martial arts) when he faced the comedian.

But, for dramatic purposes, I would love a fight between Ozy and Black Widow to be close, at least a little bit, because that would be fun.
As for your other points, I can’t help but agree. The Watchmen are most definitely in their own league.
I always assumed, because of the more "real" approach Alan Moore took to creating Watchmen, that these characters weren't as powerful as most superheroes.
Particularly by the time we see them - middle aged and going a little soft - the heroes in Watchmen wouldn't be up to a fight with most classic superheroes.
