Were the wigs supposed to be intentionally bad? Presumably the film had a budget in the nine figures, but the wigs were so ill-fitting they distracted from what little plot there was. This film is all confusion and bad wigs.

Dr. Manhattan's was the worst. No, seriously. There were no wigs used in this film. Check the end credits. It says: No wigs were used or harmed in the making of Watchmen.
